I have the HD non-cable backrest. I transferred it over from the '11 when I traded it in. It makes a huge difference on long trips. I already have lower back problems, so I never ride without it.

+10 on the Mustang it looks 10 times better than the HD ones and imo is way more comfortable because the contour fits your back better and supports better.
