Default Wet seat

Ok this might sound lame. I have a 2015 ultra classic and I left it out in the rain a couple days ago. Rode it today in 33° and my leg was soaked. It's like the seat is retaining water on the left side. Ideas?

Here's an idea..........Don't leave it out in the rain again

The bike leans to the left on the stand, so the water collected there. Take it off and hang it nose down for a day or two??

This is actually a very common problem. The seams on the cover are not sealed so they do let water get through them and the back of the cover is felt like so it will retain water plus if the plastic between the cover and foam is torn when the stock cover is put it lets the water get to the foam which will soak the water up and retain it for a very long time. We see this all the time and the best thing to do is remove the cover and silicone the inside of the seams.

Cover the seat with a garbage bag next time.

I carry a rain cover for the seat. It isn't perfect. What helps is I put my seat pad on, then the cover. The elastic on the seat cover is insanely tight, so I always just break the darn elastic and it works just fine and takes a lot less work to get it on.

Wish i could be sitting on a wet seat instead of just looking at it and making the payments on it. Its cold here so sit on your wet seat and like it
