Are those fairing Factory with HD covers ( HD #57100161 and #57100162) on them and are the covers on the outside or inside? Looks like outside.

Here's a better look at the covers, and another offering for $200 on eBay.

Thanks
I might be confused. The covers HD #57100161 and #57100162 go on and off of the screen (wet head style) instead of just fixed no screen might be a better option for more air in the summer and cover the screens when it rain or colder months.

After contacting fairing factory they indicated that the Harley covers won't fit or work on their lowers. That's when I searched and found this other alternative.

That what I wanted to know thank you.
I suppose i could make a set that go on and off and keep them in the saddle bags. Its just figuring out an easy on and off mount.
If that can be done, that to me would be the ideal set up. Warm cold and in-between with them on and just using the vent...

I thought that would be handy as well

Kind of a debbie downer, I like the idea of the vent. Not sure why they wouldn't fit if they're made to mimic OEM. Anyways, thanks for posting the info rock.

Sorry but I could not get the pics to post. Yes there is a slight amount of metal flake in the surface. Its pretty hard to see though.

Cool, thanks for the heads up. Fairing Factory has been less than responsive on that subject when I asked. There is another option as I've posted back a bit that I think I am going to go with instead of Fairing Factory. Although they are probably the one who makes them. But they don't have the metal flake and come with the covers. Priority for me right now is 21" front wheel and suspension though. Also trying to resolve this FP3 crap....So my mind may change by the time I am ready to buy lol
