Default S&S customer service

I just called S&S looking for info on which stealth intake is the proper one for my 14 SG.
I got the "stay on the line we're serving other customers" prerecorded message. Then I got a recorded message saying call back later and the line went dead.
If any of you are Veterans and have called the VA's 827-1000 number, it reminded me of that. AND pissed me off just as much.
I really liked the S&S intake but based on this, I'll probably go with an Arlen Ness Big Sucker instead.
Customer service means a lot to me. If the phone system is blowing me off, I don't know that I want to own their parts.

Many manufacturers are closed this week. Just a thought.

That could be. If so, its pretty easy to update the phone system message to indicate that.
"Call back later *click" doesn't leave a good impression.

i understand with all the new technology available one of the easiest things to do is update the voice mail before you take a week off. makes me crazy when technology companies and others don't update or change their voicemail message as needed.

One lazy employee or the boss who didn't update voice recording will **** off a lot of potential customers.

I'm still frustrated but have to say I still like the S&S intake.
Anyone know if SKU: 170-0061 is the right one for a 2014 Street Glide?

Call them back tomorrow. Whenever I call I get the same guy. He's a smart cool dude. Answers you straight up and knows his products well. I bitched at him after my 106 kit cause I couldn't keep my old school S&S teardrop air cleaner if I installed their new throttle hog intake. I wasn't going to give it up and buy another air cleaner "the stealth" just to install this throttle hog. He was cool and understood my position.
