Default What would your second bike be?

Although I love my Ultra Limited, the biggest reason I bought it was because 70-80% of my miles are two-up long distance miles and you just can't beat the comfort factor, which is very important to the wife. Having said that, my favorite Harley model has always been the Heritage Softail Classic (since the early 90's). Lately I've been thinking about trying to pick up a used HSC as a second bike for my one-up riding when the wife isn't able to go with me (or when I just need some "man time").

So what would some of you other touring bike riders have if you were getting a second bike, and why (not a bike for the wife - but for you)? I know there are plenty of touring guys that already have a second bike. If so, what is it?

Just curious...

I'll always have a Super Glide for banging around with the club and East coast/mid Atlantic runs under five or six hours hours. It's the perfect complement to the King.

I'm blessed that I was able to keep my bike when I bought my 15' street glide and I'll never give it up but my "other" bike is my 08 HD Crossbones. Night and day difference from the street glide but I tell people that it's like owning a vintage mustang or camaro, there might be better but for me rolling up to the light in my bones and the looks and comments that the springer front end and tracctor seat get are priceless.

Probably a V-rod. Largely cause it would make my old lady and hot and frisky... and who can say no to that?

Plus the night rod looks sexy and should be a damn nice ride.

My second bike has been around longer than any of them and will be until I die or can't ride then it goes to second son.
1996 FB 2 to 1 exhaust so it clears side car. Changed Sealed beams to halogen. Other than that the way it left the dealer.
It has been the lowest cost Bike I have ever owned by a long shot. Sleeps next to the 2016 RGU
