+1 on MCC. Send them your seat and they can rework it and get you set back.

Everyone is different. Try to sit on a few at dealerships and bike shows. I quit looking when I put the hammock seat on mine.

I have about 35k miles on my Tall Boy seat and LOVE it. I will be sending it off to be recovered (design reasons, it is holding up VERY well!) and since they are in it have them add some gel and narrow the nose of it. I have bad hips, back, and knees, so this will help.

I love the couple inches back that it pushes me and the inch or so up. I am 6'3" and 195lbs.

I have a rider back rest with it as well and have used them together for the entire time that I have had the Tall Boy seat.

Hit up the dealership and test ride one. If they don't have it, ask them to order it.

I just had Mean City redo my 2015 Ultra seat. Second one I've had them do (my '09 Ultra). Couldn't be happier.

I'm 6'1" and 190 lbs. Long arms ... 73" reach. 33" in seam. I've tried the Sundowner, Tallboy, Hammock, and Mustang Super Touring. The Tallboy was definitely the winner for me. Gives me plenty of room, firm but not rock hard, no nut-squish, no splayed hips. YMMV.

I agree with many ... a very soft seat doesn't work for everyone. The Hammock was super cushy but made my hips hurt somehow. I need more firmness, despite a boney old man ***.

MCC will get my stock seat for a rework this Spring.

Another bump for MCC, get the tailbone relief channel cut in as well - it's worth it!

There are more factors than just the seat for a comfy fit.
I am 6'-205lbs and on my 15 SGS, I installed a Danny Gray Airhawk solo.
Lowered the rear 1" and have 12" Yaffee Monkey bars and it feels just right for me.
My buddy has a 12SG with 12" Yaffee Monkey bars and a Corbin gunfighter seat, stock height and it is a totally different feel. I would suggest trying to sit on different bikes to get a better prospective as trial and error can get expensive. Good luck!

Anyone have suggestions on seats they liked?
Absolutely!!
C & C seats do that exactly to the T!!
This is their trademark, lower and back 3/4-1 inch.

I had one and my wife did not care for how it encroached in her space.
I did not like the lower aspect of it so much as it made me feel like I was sitting in bike(like I used to on my softail).
I would have kept it had it not been for that.

Mustang wide tripper in brown ... Looks fkn sexy on the amber whiskey if you ask me ... No long trips on it but it's fine around town ...
