I installed some Lyndall Z Plus pads on my 2011 Road King and found them to be less effective than OEM. I'll keep them on for the ride through the winter but will switch them out come prime riding season. The difference in price for the Lyndalls vs OEM was like 8 bucks and the Lyndalls didn't come with new pad pins. Board Tracker HD will sell you a set of Touring pads less than 140.00 shipped. There may indeed be a difference in brake dust but I only clean my wheels by riding in the rain. Performance is my only metric.

Traded in my 07 UC with close to 100K miles still stock original brakes and rear was replaced at near 20K miles due to bad rotor under warranty and both ends look good at trading time so I'm sticking with the stock and after market aren't any better performer and neither any cheaper compare to other automotive stock vs after market pricing,

I bought the Lyndall Golds for the front of my 13 Road King. I did notice better feel from the brakes but they where THINNER than stock. Funny thing, one week after install I was with a buddy at the dealership to trade it in for a new RG and the guy inspecting the RK wrote down that it needed front brakes!
If I didn't ride a lot I would buy them again as they gave good feel to the brakes but I ride to many miles per year. I wouldn't buy them again. Maybe try the new Lyndall Xtreme but I suspect it would the the same thing...thinner that stock.
