Default Bright A** Light Installed

Received my Bright A** Light a couple days ago, I was a nice day here in Michigan so I installed the light. Install was simple about 10 minutes. All I can say is these lights are awesome. Great mod for rear lighting. I went with middle setting for tail light and 4 quick flashes then solid for brake.Bob

They make a nice product. I've had it on a couple of my past bikes. Wish they made something for the new RG and SG, even if it was just selling the module & using the factory lights. Good choice on the blinking/solid brake light too! You will be noticed.

BAL is a great addition one you never see much but you know is back there. Check on your state some states limit the number of flashes.
Had one on ever RG and RGU sense 2007.
On the 2016 now.

Had one on my Road King and its a worthwhile upgrade from stock. The BAL really grabs the attention of the person behind you.

Cool Worth every penny!!!

Have ran them on my last three rides... From the safety standpoint they're a no-brainier... You WILL be noticed!!! Only issue I've had with them was twice I had to activate the brake light to someone to prove to them my brake light switch wasn't sticking...

Now get a modulator for front end and you're covered.

Nice bright lights! But if its a 16 Road Glide, its an Ultra which comes stock with the big taillight. A 15 & 16 regular RG and RGS do not have that big light. They only have the two directionals, which also act as running lights and brake lights, plus the small light inbedded at the bottom of the fender which brightens when the brakes are applied. I was just thinking it would be nice if all 3 would flash when the brakes are applied.

It is a 2016 RGU
Stock tail light was Not a LED on the 2016 RGU all of the other rear lights are as are the front day makers. Flashing rear lights other than turn signals are not 100% legal in all states. From what I have been told some state limit the flashes.
I was stopped In a Chicago suburb two years ago . He showed me wording it the book that clear showed them to be a violation. He was cool about it . Admitted he used it as a reason to stop me. And sent me on my way.
