I settled on the Rush high output headers/Arlen Ness Big Sucker with original cover (kind of like the police label on the intake cover) and going with the Power Vision Tuner. Just waiting on the parts to arrive now.

Thanks all for the input.

Great choice. I, too, decided on the Rush 7017HO pipes along with my V&H Twin Slash Rounds. Ordering next month. Who did you order your Rush headers from?

I've got a local shop ordering the parts for me. gave me a decent price based on the research i was doing.

Originally I think i was getting the headpipes from Revzilla or Dennis Kirk. can't remember which one it was that had the better deal at the time.

Fuel Moto Jackpot stainless head pipes may not be the least expensive pipes on the market however we have no problem saying they are the finest available, we back this up with a lifetime warranty. Our pipes are hand built from 304 stainless steel and feature cnc formed mandred bends, each pipe is tig welded by hand, and the flanges and dual 12mm & 18mm O2 sensor bungs are cnc machined from billet. Our head pipes retain the stock heat shields. We also offer a HTC ceramic coating as an option.
Here are a few images of our Jackpot 2/1/2:

I've had the Jackpot stainless steel 2-1-2 head pipe on my 2010 Ultra since early 2011. It's a great head pipe, I've had no issues with the pipe. It works well as a stage 1 pipe and supports my 107 as well. Lots of other choices on the market but nothing compares to the Jackpot 2-1-2 for quality and performance.

Had the Jackpot 2-1-2 SS/Ceramic with 4" RCX's on my 2012 SG. Beautiful welds, the ceramic coating seemed to help keep the heat down and the combo tuned nicely with the Powervision.

A couple bikes later, I just put the same style headpipe, with Fuelmoto E-Series mufflers , the Powervison and TargetTune on the TriGlide. It sounds and runs like an entirely different machine - I can't compliment FuelMoto enough on the quality, performance and customer service .....
