Stretched fenders and bags - whatcha got?
So this past weekend I installed a 23" wheel on the front, and I love it. Only problem is that I went the cheap route and didn't replace the rear, knowing that I would eventually be covering it up and figured I could live with it for awhile. Well, I'm done living with it. I'm hoping that some people can post pics/cost/experiences with a new rear end kit. Right now I'm leaning towards the TrueKustoms package. $4k seems a little high to me right now, but I really like the idea of it coming to my door painted and ready to install. My biggest problem is that my driveway is pretty damn steep, so I can't have anything sticking out too far in the back. I really appreciate any help and ideas I can get here!

I am in the process of replacing my bags and fender with a kit from Bad Dad. I'm just waiting for them to come back from paint. I went with the summit fender and 4.5" extended bags. They seem it as a kit with your choice of taillights and a plug and play harness. I paid just over $2k to my door and the paint will run me around $500. They also offer the parts painted but not denim colors like I needed.

Between you and I, TrueKustoms is here in Denver where I live, some of the work I've seen come out of their shop is not something I would have signed off on and paid for.
Having someone painting and delivering to your door is going to limit your options - but the I've read good things here on the forums that Factory Match - http://thefactorymatch.com/ - puts out a nice product and uses Top Shop's bags, fenders & etc.
I went with Bad Dad and the bike is off to the painters now - but since I did bags, front/rear fenders, side covers, etc - I've having the entire bike repainted a different color.
If your worried about the bags scraping, go with 13" rear shocks, something I did to get the *** end up...As you can see by compairing my Signature pic & the attached pics - you don't need to spend your $$ on a new rear wheel that you won't see

I've been considering their rear fender, I like the sequential turn signals and haven't seen anyone else offering it. Is the quality from them good enough unpainted? Nobody is painting Daytona Blue Pearl so I'd have that done locally anyway.

Here is a sequencer turn signal I like better - http://www.dragtimes.com/video-viewe...phyTbc&feature -
I was thinking going with flush mounted tail lights but my painter talked me out of it as he has seen the paint crack around the outline of the light fixture from all of the vibrations and it appears their lights are partially painted over which if it did crack the paint, could ruin the paint job completely - so to answer your question about their quality, it really comes down to how the mount the tail light to the inside of the fender - here is one company's way to mount flush mounted tail lights http://www.nativecustombaggers.com/i...ot-lights.html

Bad Dad Summit rear fender with Bad Dad extended bags. I also have a 23" up front that I literally picked up from the shop today to lower the front end 1.5". Handling is so much nicer and it sits level like it did stock. I've never scraped my bags. Bad Dad delivered these painted and they bolted right up.
but I also have not lowered the rear.
