Do you hate your Rushmore?

I tried a CVO Road Glide Ultra and will stay with the batwing. The wind was nice, unlike the SGS that is all choppy, but too much. I don't know what properly equipped would be, but it's not a SGS or a CVO. I have a '14 Limited with the CVO seats and just like it better.
Was always partial to the Heritage pre '14 and I almost bought a 2011 CVO RGU. Glad we have different options.

I traded my 2009 Ultra and my old 2002 Road king in for a new 2014 Street Glide Special in June of 2014. It was a great bike, but I never really bonded well with it and I kept it four months and only put seven thousand miles on it. I bought another old Road King which I still have. In February My local dealer had a 2015 Ultra Limited with 5000 miles on it and we made a deal I bought it for 21000 cash. I have now over 11000 miles on it and it really is an exceptional motorcycle. I had some steering shake and the dealer adjusted the neck bearings and it is perfect now. My only gripe is the stereo reception is terrible even local stations here in the Omaha area fade in and out or will not tune in at all. I have talked to other people and it appears I am not alone in this. The strongest rock station here is 92.3 and if I run the seek feature it doesn't even pick it up. People tell me just use blue tooth or music from an memory stick but I am a talk radio fan and really would like to have a decent radio.

4 year old thread but I'll chime in. I've owned 2,a 14 sg and my current 16 sgs. love them both and I really miss the big blue pearl on the 14. I pit 28,000 miles on the 14 and I've got 31,000 on the 16. tires at 25k miles on both, brake pads and fluid changes and that's it. great bikes IMO

Wow, a blast from the past!
I'm still loving mine. Just rolled by 40,000 smiles on it. Very few issues. Had some problems with the front wheel bearings early on but I think (knock wood) that they are resolved. Had the thermostat stick shut on me today but I tapped the housing with a hammer (gently) and it opened up. I lost about a 1/4 cup of coolant. (and lightened my wallet by $280 when I ordered the new style coolant pump for it) Not bad for 40K miles IMO.
