Do you hate your Rushmore?

Just traded a 2013 for a 2016, I would do it again in a second.. I love all of the changes.
My only gripe is the ptt button being on the right side but I'll get over it.everything else is way better.
I just hope they don't make the 2017 to much better or i might get antsy about a new one again.. I waited when the 2014 came out, I won't be able to do it again.

Can't wait to see if:
1) HD releases their new Milwaukee-Eight 107 counter-balanced, 8 valve, water/oil cooled engine this fall into the Touring line.
2) People dump their Rushmores, pick up the new one, and state that their new bike is the best bike they've ever owned.
Cause both are going to happen...

I'm obviously in the minority here but I'm just not loving my 14 Street Glide. I can't get comfortable on it and at this point, I'm tired of throwing money at it to try and get it comfortable. Right now, I'm not feeling the love, its just a motorcycle and will probably get traded.
I know lots of guys have had the best luck with their bikes and they are happy but mine just didn't work out for me. The final factor was the heat from the exhaust. It's so poorly managed that I can't even ride my $30k touring bike in the summer with my girl on the back. She refuses to get on and have her right leg turn hot, red and swollen. That can't be fun for anyone. It's over 100 degrees here 3 months of the year.
So yesterday I traded that 2016 FLHTK on a 2016 BMW R1200RT touring bike. It doesn't have that BarcaLounger riding position and I'm sure I couldn't do a 700 mile day on it. But it has state of the art technology and a suspension that rides and handles better than I thought possible. It's truly what a 2016 motorcycle should be while retaining its retro character with its iconic boxer twin engine. The dealer gave me a 4000 mile 2016 rental bike to take home for a day or two to test ride. It only took 3 hours to be sold. Never felt the engine heat even riding in 109 degree temps yesterday. Luckily I was able and in the position to trade and I'm not looking back.
Yesterday while on the demo ride, I was headed to the mountains and there was a Harley rider coming the other way. As I approached him I gave him the wave and he went out of his way to take his hand from the handle bars, make a fist and shove his hand down in the seat forcefully. So not only did he not wave, he made it a point to give me the big F U just because I wasn't riding a Harley. I thought to myself, I don't want to be that guy or even know someone who thinks that way. It just reinforced my desire to trade my bike.
So best of luck to everyone and hope you enjoy your bikes and have great rides. I'm sure the attacks will come, but hopefully not. I'm outta here and the door is not hitting me in the ***.

I've got a love-hate relationship with mine. 2014 SG; I've dumped about $8k into it, with all the upgrades post purchase, but Ive had a lot of problems. Not the bikes fault though, it's that motor; I got a 120R (pre-installed, dealer build) with an (it turns out) exhaust that isn't optimal for this engine... On top of that, the dealer has been extremely frustrating to no end.. and it's been a really trying year and a half. I can't tell you how many times I've thought about tossing that motor and putting the 103 in.... The extra $12k add on to MSRP be damned.
When it works right, though; this bike is bad ***, and it's all worth it... What can ya do?
