Pseudo Lowering Kit - Need Oil Level Spec
I just installed a front lowering kit on my 2014 Ultra using 2 RH damper rods and springs for from a 2015 Low. While the forks are back together I got to thinking that the oil level might be different on the 15 Low and since I don't have a 15 manual - Can someone look up the oil level for the right (non cartridge) fork on a 2015 or 2016 Low model? The spec on the 2014 is 95mm, thought it would be a good idea to check before they go back on the bike.
I will have a video detailing the process of disassemble and reassembly since there isn't really one that shows all the steps.
Unlike 49mm Dyna forks - its quite a bear getting the top caps back on these things.

Thank you Vernal and Dixierider - I agree with your interpretation of the Service manual. Now just to throw a wrench in things - early this morning, before you had posted this.........I thought I might find the spec in the P&A H-D Profile Single Cartridge kit so I pulled up the instructions as this should be the same parts installed at the factory on Low models. The instruction sheet shows the left hand side shows the same 107mm but the right side shows 88mm making the fluid level 7mm higher in the kit vs. the 2015 service manual.
Now, when looking up the parts books to see about doing this project in the first place - I notice that it seems all the parts are the same on the Low & the P&A kit except that the Low models do have a different part number when compared to the standard models. Obviously the P&A kit reuses the stock forks when lowering a standard model so I wonder: a)Has the P&A instructions got an older spec (it came out before Low models did) or b)Is something different in the stanchion to account for the spec difference or c) is it just a typo or otherwise wrong.
I think for the time being I will just with the 95mm spec shown in the book and raise it later if need be - really don't want to pull that cap off again so soon.
Incidentally - the Low damper rod is 3/4" shorter and the spring 3/4" longer, everything else (other than the stanchion) is the same.
