I have the chrome covers and they were easy to change over. They are worth it and I'll switch over the buttons later but I want the chrome controls first!

I was actually referring to the switch covers themselves, not the housing that covers them. Are the switches/buttons themselves easier now?

Ok I just replaced my switch housing covers. Bought the one's on Ebay. 54.00. Look and worked great. You use the plastic shims that are on you OEM covers. No big deal. I would almost bet this is where Harley gets theirs. Identical.

You need to take the black ring next to your grips off OEM housings and use it on the new chrome ones. They have double back tape on them. Heat them and they will come right off. Also theirs a little piece of soft tape inside the housings, I took it off the OEM housings and used it. Not a big deal. Liked this price (54.00) better then HD's 150.00. They look identical.
