Default Difference between Rushmore and SGS?

What is the difference between the Street Glide Special and the Rushmore?

Isnt all 2015-2016 Street Glide Special's, Rushmore's? Or is the Rushmore an option?

Been to HD website, they list ABS-Infotainment-Vent in fairing. Seems that is the extras on Street Glide Special vs the Street Glide.

Thanks

All baggers from 2014 to current are Rushmores.

As wethead said, 14 and up baggers/dressers are Rushmore.

"Rushmore" is HD's code name for the redesign of all of the 2014 - 2016 new models. They used the Rushmore code name for product development and engineering and it dripped over into the marketing so we now use this term. Basically, all SG/SGS, RK, RG/RGS, Ultras, etc. are all Rushmore bikes. Every bike in touring family is a Rushmore bike from 2014 on. It's just a nickname we can use when talking about the newer bikes with the new bags, redesigned fairing (vent), new Boom audio, etc. Like "Hey, I bought a new Rushmore bike!" LOL...

Default Sgs

SGS has ABS, 6.5" display and security. They all have a fairing vent.

Don't the Rushmore bikes have bigger cams as well?
