I did watch it and was successful. I was thinking of doing a reset then reinstall but I suspect I would loose all my saved routes.

That's probably a switch pack issue. Many have had to have them replaced including me.

The right audio controls work right up until I updated to 1.19.1
I had the wrong file. Thought I was using 1.19.1.1
Going to try 1.19.1.1

As it turns out it was a wiring issue. I had the fairing off installing speakers.

I had screen issue also...dealer pulled master fuse to resolve. Just installed 2015 unit, still have issue. Super tech thinks may be USB cable problem. Love a dealer who actually wants a fix. Will update after cable check.

Yep just had my USB cable replaced . First one the dealer has replaced.. Go figure!
