Default Phone charger that will not keep popping out.

Sometimes I use my cell phone's GPS. So, I need power. Every charging cord/plug I have tried easily vibrates out enough to break contact with the charging hole on the fairing. I need a micro USB charger. Anyone using one that stays put or know any tricks to get one to stay in?

He is looking for a charger that plugs into the 12v power port in the fairing not a phone holder.

I bought the Harley branded USB plug, you plug in your USB cable to it. I have mine in the trunk but I am not sure if it will not vibrate out as it allowed my iPod battery to go dead. I do not like the unlockable cubby in the fairing but seems there is really no other choice so I plugged the iPod back into the USB cable supplied in the cubby hole. My iPod battery does not go dead when it is plugged in to the supplied USB cable in the cubby hole.

You might try plugging in your charger with a small folded piece of paper that will make it a tighter fit.

I have tried the paper. It may have been the usb adapter I was using, it did not work well. I have my portable Siruis radio plugged into the usb in the cubby.

Not so much the staying in part. Kinda wanted to put my foot in the door to
see what others may have come up with but as far as a durable cell charger!

I found the Duracell phone chargers seem to be holding up very well!

The cheap ones would last me a month or two but my first and only coffee
splattered Duracell one (from Q-Trip, bottom of the rack) is still going strong
after like a year and a half. I use the same one on my vapers.

Think I'll rub'er down with a baby wipe later today!

Are you talking about A/C wall chargers?
