i've rode excessively many times over 100. have cruised at 110-115 and also ran the speedo out of numbers at 120. bike feels smooth and runs good regardless of how fast or slow it's going....unlike many others that ride dressers, i guess i still have my youth on my side....i still like to live fast.

 

110. Bike was solid as a rock.

 

80-85 is a normal and comfortable hwy cruising speed. Get up around 105 with the wife on and full loaded up the bike feels great, but the wife starts yelling "your going to get a ticket!". There great touring bikes at speed for sure..

 

I doubt that the cops are scouring HD forums for speeders. Judging from how many people they stop, catching speeders is not an issue.

 

haha...that's funny. my motto is nothing is "illegal" unless you get caught bro. who's worried about cops on the hd forum? let them get ip addresses. my simple response to them is prove it....prove that i was out there going the speeds that I said I was. besides, i'm pretty sure cops have way more important **** to do than troll the hd forums. SMH

 

Just had mine a 185 mph on the highway! Hope the PoPo don't see this!

LOL!! Shhhh!!! Nice ride you got there Joe... ONLY top end I did was on my CBR1000, did 197mph. Then I said I better get a slow bike before I do something really stupid like get myself killed!... I have Harleys now. Ever tried drifting a 850lb bagger? Working on it!

Man that is moving on a bike. Isn't it crazy how the world slows down for a while after you've gone that fast? I felt like Speed Racer after driving the GRX...
