I have the same setup on my RGS and love it. Congrats on a sweet lookin ride! I've been going back and forth about the wrapped front fender, but I might just have to follow suit!

 

That is beautiful, exactly the fender I've been thinking about. Thanks for posting and very nice job. What are those bags? I was looking at the top shop 4.5 viper bags.

it's fiberglass. Thick and sturdy but fiberglass nonetheless.

My buddy installed a Wrap fender on his 15 RGS.... It looks amazing covering his 21 PMs. It actually gives the illusion that it's a bigger wheel than what it is.

I took a gamble with Canadian company called ridebikegear.com and I really lucked up. I would only order the bags unpainted from them and only use a reputable painter to spray them. Their packing leaves a lot to be desired. The top shop bags are very nice.

Fiberglass as others have responded. It's advertised as being pressure tested and resistant to cracking from weight.

The complete Fender with CVO lights, harness and license plate cover will typically run around 14-1500.00 painted. My bags ran me 800 painted. That's only because of the bag company I chose. Typically, painted bags will run you about 1200.
