Harley audio software nightmare

The dealer people are certainly no help.
When we bought our CVO in Texas during Shark Week I told the salesman I needed to pull my GPS maps from the HD Ride Planner site to put them in the NAV system.
Sales dude looked at me a bit funny, then said "we'll talk to service about that".
Get to service, attempt to explain what I wanted to do to the service desk.
"need a USB key and a computer to access Ride Planner"
Notice I said "attempted".........
First, when I explained what I wanted to do, they looked at me like I was drunk.
Try again, "I need a USB key, and access to the HD website so I can plug my maps into the NAV on the new bike, so i can get home to Iowa."
Got some somewhat knowing nods that time, for what good it did.
Some gal says "I'll get a USB key" and wanders off, only to come back a couple minutes later, "don't know, can't find one".
Really?? There's probably 50 people working there, not one has a USB key??
Finally, one of the guys admits that they've never done it anyway......
UGH!!
Had to stop at Walmart for a USB key, then once back at the motel, download the maps to the USB, spent 3 minutes looking for the one guy in the group that works at an actual competent dealership, who then walked me through the map download and most of the rest of the crap-tainment system.
