I have a 2015 rgs with the stage IV kit, v&h head pipes, cfr's mufflers. i'm reading the cfr's are not the best for performane. looking for answers for the best mufflers with this setup!!!!

A few months ago Fuel Moto posted a bunch of dyno runs with various slip-ons and configurations, they also posted sound levels. Try doing a search if you think that info would be helpful.

It would probably be a tunable muffler like Supertrapps or the new Fuel Moto one with disks added/subtracted for performance or quiet.

Ditch the V&H. If you want performance go with D&D Fatcat, Fuel Moto Road and Track, or Fuel Moto Jackpot X pipe headpipe and Jackpot mufflers. If I had a Stage IV bike and was looking to maximize performance, I would go D&D or Fuel Moto Road n Track.

I have a whole set up in the For sale section, Fuel-Moto x pipe and RC 4" Mufflers, great combo.

What are you trying to accomplish (looks vs. performance)? Do you want to stick w/duals, or 2-1? Need to dial it in a bit, to get narrowed responses...

I like the idea of the electronically selectable sound output but I would think that it would screw with the tune. I also wonder what they cost. PRICEY!
I am running a Fuel Moto head pipe with V&H Monster Rounds which is one of the combos Fuel Moto tested and it performs very well. With a stage 4 setup a 2-1 or Fuel Moto E series tunable mufflers would work well as others have stated.

About the same as a full rinehart exhaust. Does not screw with the tune , everything remains stock!
