After reading the last two LED replacement threads, I bought replacement bulbs. But I don't think I can replace the bulbs in a 14 Limited, right? Service manual says: "LED headlamp contains no replacement bulbs. Replace entire assembly if failure occurs". Do I need to replace the whole headlamp?

Has anyone used the H11 bulbs in a 14 Limited? Mine seems to be sealed.

Have you called your local dealer. Your bike should have a two year warranty and LED lights should last a lot longer than one year.

 

Mine aren't out, they just suck. I wanted to get the better replacement bulbs.

Replacement LED's are replacements for Halogen bulbs. Can't do anything with yours.

 

That looks like a daymaker light unit that's why you can't swap out the bulbs to leds. There already led just with bad directional lens. Lots of people complain about dark corners or flat black spots on the sides bright as hell straight on tho. Get a street glide headlight with halagen bulbs and then get the leds you want. Sell the day maker in the classified ads. People will be fighting for it, I'd bet.

I agree. I'm going to post an ad just to see if there's any interest but with the number of threads dedicated to how much the Limited headlights suck, I can't imagine there being much demand for them.
