Default 2014 roadking or 2015 limited

I'm thinking of trading my 2014 RK in for a 2015 limited. I bought the roadking based on looks minus the windshield but learned quickly I should of bought a bike with a fairing. My wife also loves the tour pack and seat on the limited we took out? I relalize I could buy an aftermarket fairing and a tour package box and seat but feel hesitant going with an aftermarket fairing. Any suggestions from experience out there?
Thanks

I've had both and currently the Limited. If you do a fair amount of highway riding but most of all for ling rides, you will appreciate the big baggers a lot. I've had 3 Harley's and the Limited is far and away my most favorite. A buddy and I did 3,500 miles in 5 1/2 days... Never fatigued. The bike is fantastic. Zero problems other than the recalls, infotainment is good if you can deal with its quirks. Other than that, flawless.

i went through this choice a few years ago, added up the cost of fairing lowers tour pack paint, then went and traded it for an ultra. woodys makes a very good fairing for a good price if i chose that route the faring woulda ben the least concern. do the math take into account the tax saving on your trade in,and all the extras you or your wife get.

Buy the Limited! My wife loves her thrown. We just returned from a 2500 mile ride, the bike was great.

Buy the Limited, if you are not tall consider the low model. They have upgraded suspension components. You will both love the Limited. IMHO

Buy what you want, no regrets later.

It took me a bunch of bikes to realize I'd rather BE cool, and comfortable while riding, than LOOK cool in the parking lot.

FWIW... I think I do BOTH now.

That is far and away the best looking blacked out Limited (or any blacked out bike for that matter) that I've seen.

Thank you... I've done a bit more since the pic.

I think it is because I did matte rather than gloss.

Always a work in progress...

I have a 06 RKC and a 15 Limited. Wife had over 30K on the back of the King. She won't ride on it now. The Limited provides ultimate comfort for her. Happy wife, happy life. There is a noticeable weight difference. That can increase your fatigue factor when 2 up in the heat. Make sure you can get your feet planted on the ground. Ride safe. Good luck with whatever decision you make.

I had an '03 RK and now own a '15 Limited. The limited is far and away the best in every way for me.

Just my opinion.

Go test ride the Limited. Take your checkbook and title with you. Ride home on new Limited. Done.
