Default Floorboard extender/spacers

Greetings all,
I have been a member for quite a while, but have not posted because everyone usually answers my question before I ask it. Ha. Anyway, I need to post 5 times in order to get my account fully active so I will ask a question that I am sure has been asked many times before. I am looking into floorboard extenders/spacers. I have found Kuryakyn spacers for a good price. Is there a better option out there or what would the crowd recommend? Thanks.

I have the Kury spacers. They work well and look good. Moves the floorboards out 1" put up 1"
You may need to add a few extra washers if they are a little loose. No big deal just not enough in the package.
If you get a good price I'd go with them.

All others will have to combine to get that. VTwingoodies is out 1". Soos is the same.
Then to go forward 1" you would need the HD extended floorboards.

The Kury doesn't really change your lean angle since the floorboards will still swivel. The others move the mounting bracket out so its possible that reduces the lean angle on an unmoveable part.

Vtwingoodies is a sponsor here on this forum and they have a great product. Soos is also another vendor that offers footboard extensions.

Personally.....there is not and will not be any Kurycrap on my bike. JMHO

Before you decide what extenders to use you need to decide what other accessories you might want to add that have a dependency on the spacers. For instance, if you are going to add a SoftBrake brake pedal, then you can't use the Kury extenders because they won't work with the SoftBrake.

I had those before the Kury ones and they work great, I just wanted the boards out and forward.
