Looking at the HD parts manual it looks like thick inside and small outside. What am I missing?
DO whatever works to make the mount work. I had to space the black part out a little more to get my mount
To work.

Cool. Without spacing one out, it worked. I wanted it out a little more so, when putting it on, I didn't want it too tight that I might pop off and scratch the fender.

What have you guys used for lighting with your tour packs? I've got mine all setup/installed and now looking at lighting options for it. I'm wanting to light the back end of the bike up a bit more.

I just put the chopped pak on mine with no lighting. I'm really looking forward to my ext bags to tie it all together!!
I used the Mustang pad instead of HD. Not sure if I like how hick it is or not.
