Default Seat Advice!

I know there would be a bunch of seat threads here but i am really after some tailored advice so to speak!

I am 5'8 and i am looking for a solo seat that pushes me closer to the tank maybe an inch or so for my 15 SGS

The stock seat is ok but i am finding my self just wanting to slide a little forward as i go along.

Any idea and pics? I just don't want to throw money at the wrong seat! considering how pricey they can be.

Giles

Default La Pera

Call La Pera. They make custom seats to your specs. Great quality. Pics aren't the best but you'll get the point. These are 100% leather with stingray inserts.

Mean City Cycles will turn your stock seat into exactly what you want for 1/4 of the cost of a new seat and lots more comfortable.

If you don't mind the larger pillion, the HD Ultra Low seat will push you about 1 1/2" closer and down about 1/2". It's much less of a ball crusher than the Reduced Reach seats, although you may still find it uncomfortable. Your dealer probably has one in stock or at least a new Ultra/Electra Low you can try out.

I believe mustang solos bring you more forward than stock, do a search on them.
