2015 Rushmore FLHXS Street Glide Special
Hi all,
After selling my Road King Classic two years ago, it was time for a new scoot. I just purchased the 2015 Street Glide Special (Rushmore) in Mysterious Red Sunglo. Although the Special is not available in Mysterious Red this year, the local HD dealer allowed for a paint swap. Also added the Screamin' Eagle Street Cannons, chrome forks and a few other chrome goodies.
I'm new to the Street Glide, any tips or suggestions?

Congrats on the new ride. Beautiful bike.
Man, you opened up a can of worms. Asking for tips and suggestions here is dangerous. You'll get plenty of ideas. Now you have to get drunk, hide your debit and credit card, your checkbook and hope you can't remember where you put them the next day.

Hell yeah!! Fun fun fun!! Be safe!
I'll offer a suggestion and a couple small pointers.... if you do long runs, highway pegs is a must! The shorter windshield causes some serious head shake. Get use to trying to get that sucker in neutral, it's kinda hard. other than that, enjoy it! OH, they will run 115mph!

Great advice about hiding the credit cards!! Always something to tweak or spend $$ on that's for sure...
