Just installed my new JW Speaker Evolution 2 LED headlight last night.

It was super easy and only took about 10 minutes start to finish. Went out for a ride to aim it and HOLY SMOKES IS THIS THING BRIGHT!!!

Extremely happy with the result and the whiteness matches my Custom Dynamics Ringz. The wife feels safer now, also. And that's really what matters.

Would it fit a RK with out an modifications?

I just got off a plane in Iowa for business and I won't be back until this weekend. But I'll definitely take some pictures and post them.

It replaced the stock headlights and I got it from Amazon for $277 +5 dollars shipping.

It should replace the Road King light without any modifications. It's a standard 7 inch light and all that you need is the adapter harness from Harley which is another $20.

 

Be careful not to walk in front of the life without your helmet on there baldguy could blind someone. I love mine. Great for lighting up critter's eyes. I had a buddy of mine comment. You know when you see a train coming at night and it lights up the sky, he said that's what it's like having you behind me. Oh and that was during the day.

 

I'd still like to compare mine to yours to see if there a worth difference. I'll be out of town after this coming sat for 9 days but I'm open after that for a trip up your area for a meet and greet and led light comparison.

You didn't need a thicker trim ring? I've read some posts regarding that.

Could be I'm thinking about the truck-lite.
