Disappointing Stage IV Dyno Results: 2015 Limited
Today I returned my 2015 Limited to the dealer for a dyno tune. The bike was equipped with a Pro Stage IV kit, SE race tuner, and 3.5 - inch Rinehart true duals before I took delivery about 2 weeks ago. The bike now has 1300 miles on it.
As shown on the attached dyno sheet, the best HP number is 18 HP below the advertised spec, whereas torque comes up about 15 ft-lb shy. The tuner spent approximately 2 hours with the bike.
As you might imagine, the dealer is blaming everything from the pipes to moon phase for the lack of performance. I am sorely disappointed and am looking for advice. I'm really hoping that there is someone on the forum with the same set up and a corresponding dyno sheet. Thanks in advance for any help.

Someone with some technical tuning knowledge will certainly comment.
My bike stage 1 87.48 HP and 106 Torque.
My airflow/fuel line is really tight and they stay on the line that i guess they are shooting for. Yours seems to not be dialed in.
Now i am not real savvy on any of this so wait for a few more tuner knowledgeable comments.

What is your setup? What heads, pistons, cams and throttle body?
Those numbers are NOT stage 4 numbers. Not even close. I have a stage 4 dyno sheet but I doubt it's similar to what you're running.
Two threads to search for that may have your info. On Touring: Dyno Numbers for Baggers. It's s sticky at the top of the page as well as one here in Rushmore I think called Rushmore Dyno Numbers.
Good luck.

Thanks guys,
The Pro Stage IV Kit- 103 cu in. details are:
- PN 92500018 (p. 61 2015 SE catalog)
- CNC-ported heads with hi-performance valve springs
- 10.5:1 pistons
- SE-259 cams
- 58 mm throttle body
- Screamin' Eagle Super Tuner
I expected to lose some low-end torque but the top end numbers are brutally low for Torque and HP. It's going to be a time and energy sucking pissing match with the dealer. It's certainly not how I wanted to get started with this new bike.

Unless they forgot to put in half the parts that came in the kit, you should definitely be getting better numbers. Bite the bullet on the $400 it will cost you to have it tuned right somewhere else. They clearly don't know how to tune it. Very modestly speaking, you should be at least at 110/110. Even with your pipe.
