A good tuner is worth their weight...It's just like any other trade with so-so and amazing. I trailered a 2005 FLHCI 800 miles to a well known tuner in So.Cal and got great results. Damn sure wasn't cheap, but neither was the build. All part of the game though.
I've always said, "I could probably build a piano but I can't tune one"...
Get'r tuned and you will be happy. Figure on $400 to $500 bucks though, several hours and about 40 runs.

I don't think you need any more reasons to go find a new guy to re-tune it but the truth is, it's got a bad tune on that build. Not really debatable. You stand a chance to do damage to the internals with it running SO far off where it should be. Something is off and with that every stroke of the motor is struggling. It wants to make power but the brain is saying it can't. Im not saying don't ride it, but don't ride it for a month before getting this handled. Get your new tune, take it back to the dealer that initially did it and tell them you want to be compensated for the cost of having it done properly. They won't. Then call the MoCo and tell them about it. The dealership will be documented and you'll likely have an offer for "something" from the management of the dealership within a few days of that call to the MoCo. Considering they did the engine and sold it to you with the cost of that included, they really ought to be on the hook for handing you a ill performing ride. Good luck, please keep us posted.

That tune is ****, I had a bad time on my old bike and took it to somebody who knew what they where doing. Looking at your air/fuel ratio the tune is way off. It gets rich then leans way out. Take a look at the air/fuel ratio on mine in the blue.
My old build was 103
10.5 to 1 compression, bigger valves, woods Tw8-6 cams, bassani road rage exhaust. It had stock throttle body and injectors.

Dealerships may not be the best place for a tune.
I had my motor pumped up to 95 when new, two dealerships could never get the bike right. Then I did cams, SSDD.
Bit the bullet and hit the local guy that was heavily recommended (what I should have done in the beginning) and the bike is night and day. Not only does it pull like a freight train, but popping on decel is gone and she runs cooler. All around like a new bike, and that was after she had 50,000 miles on her.
Worth every penny. I just wish I had all the other wasted pennies form the stealerships back.
