FM 107" kit with SE CNC Ported heads?
Well I was considering an SE Stage IV kit for my SGS, then got to thinking since I have to pull the jugs and change the pistons, why not go up to the FM 107" and the Woods 555.
I am currious how well the 107" FM pistons would work with the CNC heads? The FM pistons look like flat tops and the SE pistons used with those heads in the kit are flat tops also. So At this point iit would be more of a combined type of kit.
I really want to stomp my buddies 110" CVO with a stage III and 259e cam.

I don't know which cam would be the best for an HD Touring bike, but my dyna has the FM 107 kit, woods 777 cams with Level B heads and larger injectors. With 120 TQ it takes off like a rocket and pulls to the limit. Awesome combo!
Really, FM is a leader in research and testing and Jaime has probably seen every combination possible.

I agree 100%. I just sold a 2012 CVO 110" SG. The build listed should easily run away from a 110". I was very disappointed in the 110".

My buddy just did a cam & exhaust swap on his SG CVO 110". He makes 1h/p & 2torque more than my numbers. I was surprised.
I've seen guys pull 120/120 out of a 103". I just don't see how? Happy dyno perhaps?
So to be safe, I'd do the 107" with all the goodies. That will mess him up. But when your guys done adding up the bill, maybe a 120" would be more cost effective than you think. Don't forget, you can sell your 103" for $2g to help the cause.
And the 120" would be in the mid 130's minimum.........
