Any way to adjust brake light activation?

That's all fine and dandy until you have to replace that switch pack someday and you'll find that the brake lights are on without pulling the lever. The problem is a faulty switch pack and can be replaced under warranty with a little explanation to the service guy. Although if you did that now you'd have to replace the lever or weld on some extra meat for it to meet the brake switch correctly.

I had the same problem, wasn't sure about what to do about it, then I upgraded and installed (myself) a lighted switch pack. Problem solved. That's when I realized the stock packs had to be defective.
If you get it replaced at MOCO, ask for a lighted switch pack, maybe just pay them the difference. Lighted switches are awesome!
