Question Infotainment Volume Control Issue

Occasionally, the volume control on my 2014 Limited doesn't work. I press the toggle on the left handlebar in either direction, but the bars do not even show on the display. I have to turn off the bike and restart to get the volume control back. Anybody have this problem and know of a solution? I think I am on version 1.18.3 of the software.

Default Same here.

Along with the AVC issue, I have the same volume control problem as you. Same firmware as well.

Lots of people here have had that issue. Only "solution" is to let the ssystem completely boot up before hitting the start button.

Yep a few times now. I'm still on the 1.7.3 and it happens. Just shut it off and return the key back on. Let it boot up hit the accept button and then fire the bike up.

Hasn't happened to me but if there is a better solution than shutting down the bike please let us know. Thanks.

Happened to me a few times. It's the only solution I've found that works. Simply rebooting the radio does not work.

there is another similar post about this in this forum. basically it said that when you turn the ignition let the system completely boot up and hit the accept button on the radio for the disclaimer. after that then start the bike and it will either not happen anymore or happen less. Try not to start the bike before hitting accept on the screen. hope that works for yall. people are also having avc issues and i think harley is working on the fix for that also. it seems that most have the current firmware update so another update to follow i assume.

This happened today and I'm still "breaking in" my 15' street glide. Could not figure out for the life of me if I had done something to cause it. Worked just fine on the subsequent start up.
