Do.most of the people having static issues , have a bike that the com was added to or was it on there in the beginning? I added mine. Is it possible there could be a ground issue? If bolts can shake loose it may be possible that that connects may shake loose.

 

I have "occasional" static issues on the phone. I've had it on and off since 2014 and it has never gone away with any updates. Hanging up and redialing won't cure it and stopping, kill the motor to reboot the system does not work 100% either... It is SO LOUD though, it hurts my ears.

I just live with it. It is quite random though and not very often...

Not much help but at least some feed-back. If you figure it out, post the solution...

 

I have a 2014 - Ultra Limited so everything was there from the beginning.

I have not experienced any static on my phone. I did on my CB and it was because f a loose connection in the trunk
