Default Arlen Ness Big Sucker Air Filter

did I misunderstand something, doesn't the stock derby cover work with this a/c?

Works just fine. I put one on my 14 SG no issues.

Batman.

Let me edit mine a bit. I used the 18-442 if that helps at all. The one listed for 13 (using the stock cover) and below was clocked different and wouldn't fit the throttle body.

I believe that it depends on which one you get. Arlen Ness shows one for the 2008-2014 (18-570) and another for a 2014 with OEM cover (18-442).

What you are thinking of is the Derby Sucker which is different than the Big Sucker. Comes in Chrome or black, standard or stainless filter and costs $30 more than the BS.

so it does appear that I ordered the wrong item. I ordered the FLT model and FLH one. At least now I know how it goes one.

Hope I can return this

I was under the impression that 18-512 would work without the stock cover? Am I wromg on this?

It does, along with 18-510(plain) and 18-560(black) - you only need the other kit 18-440, 18-441 or 18-442 if you want to use the stock cover.

Gotcha! Thanks for clearing that up. It will work on a Streetglide as well correct?
