The wiring is going to need some work and you are going to need the SG lights but other than that it should bolt right up. Same frame and saddlebag brkts.
If you put on a 2009 SG fender with the three light configuration there won't be any changes needed other than adding the SG light bar and swapping your tip light for the fascia mounted oe

The '09 SG fender will not have the large hole for the Ultra tail light and if you use the '09 light bar you will need to sort out the differences in wiring from a pre-CANBUS system with the CANBUS wiring of the Ultra. It can be done with a CD turn signal breakout adapter If you have a rushmore light bar from a SG it will be much simpler. I happen to have one that I would let go reasonably if you are looking but not the tri-bar. I am thinking of adding the HD flashing one soon so I may have one later. It sounds like a cool way to customize your Ultra.

Not so - I know this because I've done it. I have a 2009-13 style fender on mine which happens to be the same fender used on 14+ police models. You can either use that for an ultra type setup or use the 2009 style SG fender and three light setup - same as the Canadian bikes are using now as they still run a three light configuration per government regulations there. Also there is no issue with adding a pre 2010 SG light bar to a 14+ canbus bike - as you can see in this video, it not only bolts on but works as it should - all plug and play, even has a brake function and no breakout adapter is needed. I still need to take it by and have the RUN function programed, this is the same setup the current CVO LTD has. I've since changed the amber lenses to red.
