CVO Mufflers on a Limited

I put the CVO's on SGS. There are twice as many holes in the CVO baffle (24 vs 12), it should flow more. I also have a 2-1-2 head pipe, might get out this weekend for testing, weather permitting. I like quiet.

I have them off a 13 CVO Ultra Classic on my 14 Limited. I think they are slightly quiter than the stock mufflers. They have a deeper bass sound to them. I think thats because they are designed to meet the EPA noise requirements with a 110 motor. The plug in the end is longer with twice as many holes so they should flow better. Plus they look better on the bike.

That is on the high side. I bought mine off eBay in February 14 for $165 shipped. They were new dealer take offs. The prices tend to go up with the temperature in the spring. keep watching eBay and the items for sale on this forum. You should be able to find then in the $200-$250 range this time of year.

I bought the PV2, the Fuel Moto Billet air filter and the 2-1-2 de-chatted pipe and the CVO mufflers, my main goal is to reduce the heat from the rear cylinder / catalytic converter, without increasing sound too much.
I haven't installed it yet as the weather has been off an on, but I'm really looking forward to this upgrade. The dyno charts I've seen show it should bump the bike up to 90+ HP and 100+ ft lbs torque, and I'm hoping the mufflers keep it quiet and not raspy.
Can't wait.
