I got in on the sale LRS had a few months ago. Since it was cold here in Iowa I took about 30 days to get around to installing the new windshield. While installing I found a zig-zagging scratch that was close to 4 inches. I emailed LRS to let them know. I never received a response but a few days later a new windshield was waiting at my door and pre-paid postage to send the scratched one back.
