Default Looking for Inner Bag 2014 Ultra Tour Pak

I'm looking for an alternative to the floppy bag that came with the ultra. Ideally it would be crushable but with sides that will stay expanded. I'm also thinking it should be something other than black.

I have a heck of a time organizing the stock floppy bag and as black as it is - miserable time finding anything in it.

I still want the grab and go convenience of a full sized bag but don't want the floppiness of the spineless stock bag.

Suggestions?

Probably not the solution you looking for - this is black and collapsible, but it worked for me on my last long trip.

I packed this bag in the tour pack and only started using it as the trip went along. It worked really well for my dis-organized approach to packing.

When you used it did you mount it on the luggage rack or keep it inside the tour pak? I'd like to keep it inside the tour pak as a replacement for what came with the bike. I'll check this out next time I'm at the shop.

Take internal measurements of the tour pack. Buy a suitcase. Preferably from a discount store.

I kept it collapsed in the tour pack until part way through the trip. When I started using it, it went on the rack.

It was going to be my souvenir & dirty clothes bag but it turned into the "goes into the motel room" bag. It was good to have the expandable space available. As I said, it's not exactly what you were asking for but it's an option.

They may have something like you want or be able to make it.

Thanks VA. By the way, I'm out in Front Royal. I like the Medium Rack Bag. It is about 1/2" bigger than the Harley bag in each dimension but I think would fit inside the tour pak with the benefit of strapping on top when more space is needed. It's the best option I've seen so far.

I measured the Harley floppy bag at 17-1/2" x 12-1/2" x 8-1/2".
