I don't use either so no opinion on them. I use Warm & Safe, and have for over 10 years. They are the most copied, according to them, manufacturer and license their gear under other names.

I also use the warm and safe gen 4 liner, dual heat troller, and I use the gerbing extreme element pants (because warm and safe only makes liners and I wanted external for those) I can't stress how happy I am with this setup. Warm and safe also runs heat down arms on the gen 4 liner which gerbing only doing chest neck and back.

I have the Warm-n-Safe also. Their jacket is like a windbreaker and works good when under another jacket (like leather). Not as beefy a Jacket as the Harley/Gerbings, but does heat really well. What is really special is the wireless dual zone controller (heat troller). That thing is the cats ***! Whatever jacket and gloves you end up with, get the Warm-n-Safe wireless controller.

Gerbings here. I have the Union Ridge overpants, and the jacket liner, as well as the gloves, which I have yet to use. My lady has the pants liner and the jacket liner. We have separate Gerbing controllers. When I bought ours, Gerbing had the contract with our military. I know they have had some ownership changes since, so do your research.
They now make "micro wire" fabric. Ours are the older models where you can feel the wires in the fabric, but no complaints here. We love them! My only negative is that I can't believe I was so stupid to not have invested in them years before I did! I have ridden in 25 degree weather going to PGR missions without a problem. I particularly like the overpants, as I can easily take them off. My lady has to find a restroom to take her pants liners off.
Check the warranty. I know at the time we bought ours direct from Gerbing, we got lifetime warranty. Harley's warranty was only for, I believe, a year. Ownership changes with Gerbings may have changed all that.
