Default Headlamps/Fog lamps

So I typically will ride around with my headlamp on low beam and the fog lamps on to give me greater visibility to the cagers. The other night I decided to see how bright it was with the headlamp on high and the fog lamps. When I hit the high beam the fog lamps went out. Are the fog lamps automatically disabled when you throw on the high beams? Thanks

Can't believe they are automatically disabled. I think I get better vision with them on low and the fog lamps on rather than with just high beams.

Yes. I have heard of a harness that will allow all of them to shine at the same time. I believe it is a Harley-Davidson part. Let me see if I can find it.

It is just a flash/software change, that will allow you to run the High beam and the passing lights together.

The harness will throw codes... you have to have it flashed by the dealership. With the daymakers though, I never need my high beam.

Harness is for '13 & earlier. '14 & later is a dealer flash of the BCM.

It's like having a black hole between you and the high beam isnt it? Most dealers will not charge to reflash them.
