Default Cobra Power Port duals, better than decatted stock pipe???

Anyone using the Cobra Power Port duals? Any idea if it's better than the stock head pipe? Thanks

Yes and Yes.

They are definitely cooler running, and made my slash twins sound deeper.

The finish on them are top notch, install was easy as could be everything lined up perfectly.

Good performance

I recommend the SE gaskets, the Cobras seat better.

And they look like true duals, that's what I like.

I have never herd anyone complain about them, I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in them.

I have had them on two bikes,, a '13 RGU amd a 12 CVO SG.

Inexpensive, great fit and finish, and have to be better than stock. I'm running them with stock CVO cans now with fulsac 1.75 cores. Not much louder than stock.

You may want to measure your O2 sensors to make sure they stick far enough into the pipe. Just to be sure.

And I kept losing the bolt on the crossover bracket so I used an old cam bolt and some red lock-tight.

Thanks, did you find your sensors were in far enough?

Yes, both times. Dyno tuners suggest to just make sure. If not, it's easy to file down the bung a bit.

Not saying you will have a problem.

Default Cobra Power Port Duals

I have heard that the Cobra, S&S and Khrome Werks 2-2 headers are all the same headers. They sure look the same. I run the S&S on my '14 and very happy with them. Not bad results on the dyno either, 86 hp and 103 tq with headers, rineharts, SE intake and SE race tuner. It has been said that 2 into 1 gives better dyno results but I prefer the look of 2 into 2.

Nice looking exhaust.
Still investigating options for my Street Glide.

The S&S and Khromewerk may be the same, but the Cobra is different, as it has a three piece head pipe. The front cylinder pipe is separate and clamps to the rear ness the tranny. Uses a big band clamp like the crossover collector.

I am running the power port along with klockwerks super savers. Easy install, uses the stock mounting point for the full sized cross over pipe and looks nice too.
