Well thanks for the clarifications. I looked at the instructions online and they were confusing. I am glad to hear it's an easy plug and play after all.

I know this is Rushmore but I have a 15 deluxe with the 7" headlight. What all do I need? Adapter harness and no mounting ring? My factory plug has three prongs

Does anybody by chance have a pic of their Evo2 25' away from a wall on a level surface?

Do any of you know of a black trim ring for the black evo 2 that replaces the stock ring? If so can you please let me know the part number. I found one on HD site but not sure if it fully covers the existing ring. trying to prevent any chrome rings from showing. Thanks.
