What are you complaining about? What do you not like on it? I have a Garmin in my car and, although I like it, it's not perfect either. If HD would have put a TomTom in its BoomBox, I am sure there would have been a bunch of guys out there complaining about that choice. You cannot please everybody. As you said, you are no tech guy. So maybe that's your problem. You should educate yourself a little in order to operate such a simple device such as a GPS better.

They're all different and they all have their own quirks. We've had 3 Mercedes and I think their GPS is the most difficult to use of any that we've had but if you use them often, it's like anything else; you get accustomed to it. Same with the Harley. Garmin's are probably the easiest but they also have a bigger user base of any of the GPS systems in vehicles so they focus their resources to fine tune them based on input that they get from their user base. They have to. Harley focuses more on their bikes since that's what really matters for them. I'm getting used to the NAV on the Harley and really don't think it's that bad.

It took me a little while to get used to it. The GPS itself is much like other Garmin GPS units. The Boom is different and takes a little to get used to it. I went from and Acura and it was the simplest to use to a Lexus and I thought that Lexus had screwed up the system big time as it took some time to get used to where each function was hidden.
