Default Mini Apes

What's everyone's thoughts on the HD mini apes? Can You still use the stock cables lines etc. ? 2014 SGS. How much higher than stock are they? Any help is great! Thanks, Grant.

I doubt the mini apes will work on a street glide. They aren't wide enough at the mounting point.

Having them installed on my 14 SGS by the dealer today. They did say that they had to use cable/wire extensions. They work with heated grips as well. I am headed to the dealer to have them set at the right position tomorrow. I will let you know the details after.

If they try to sell you extended lines for mini apes, they've either never done an install on one yet or they're just taking your money because they can. I have 16's on my SGS with factory brake and clutch lines.

Yep. I just did 10" Yaffee Monkey Bagger Bars. You do have to extend the wires but not the hydraulic lines. I used just the HD switch wire extensions. Just a few bucks.

What height do you think the mini apes are compared to Yaffe etc> How are they for big mile days?
