Picked up my bike this morning with the new painted inner fairing.
I am very happy with the change...

It does look good. Mine is Daytona blue pearl and i wonder if sun glare would be a problem if i had it painted to match. Anybody? I know there's one out there painted but cant remember his name. Maybe he can shed some light on the subject. All puns intended there..

I have the same one as the OP and rode last summer and the glare is not a problem.

There are a few of us with Daytona Blue inners; have to order from Harley as they haven't release the paint to the market, so I am told. Paul is working on matching the color and is getting close.

Default Looks Great!

Bill, that does look great in that color! Still one of my favorite mods I've done. Now I'm looking to get a gloss black trim piece for around the gauges to add some contrast. I like the ones on here I've seen that have the black trim.

At some point I may add the chrome trim rings around the gauges...but I think that's it for the fairing..

I hope to change the rear shocks this weekend...
