Default Headwinds 7" LED Headlight

On their site it's part number 8-9751. The site states that this workes with the stock mounting ring.

FITS:
FLH's - All (uses stock mounting ring)
FLST's - All
Headwinds 7" Headlight Housings - All
After-Market 7" Headlight Housings - All

Anyone have this one installed? Doesn't appear to be the same as the Trucklight.

Well....I have contacted the company to see if they ever made install instructions for a 2014 FLHX....just curious about what it takes to make it work.

It looks much narrower than the truck lite so maybe it will install with no trim ring needed...

If you are soon to be in guinea pig mode, here is another one to try:

Looks cool but after shipping it's over $400, not interested in paying Harley retail. I was hoping to find a more viable alternative at a reasonable price point. For me, I am just looking to put something in the headlight spot that is the same color as my Bullet Ringz and think it would be nice if my headlights worked better. As they are, I ride with brights 100% of the time and it's fine but would like to just use the regular lights and have the same coverage.

Looks good

Light is powerful but could not get information on reflector or projector design

If it's not a reflector type of design probably not interested also could not determine if it was plug and play or not, as they list only a 9003 connector

Pricing is good but need more info

Why bother when the truck lite is amazing (price and visibility)?
