I need to figure out what to do with the back of the seat. I need to trim the white retainer washers and get some black acorn nuts to attach the back of the seat. The original seat did leave slight imperfection in the paint on the fender. I was going to have some 3M clear tape installed under he original seat but never got around to it. If you plan to use a solo seat in the future definitely 3m the fender. It feels alright but only a day in the saddle will tell that.

I found that the Mustang mini fender bib covers up the white washers nicely, and it is nearly the exact shape of the rear of the seat pan.The bib has a leather braid around the edge that looks great in my opinion.I'm using Mustang chrome mounting hardware and I agree with you that black acorn nuts would look better.Sorry, still no pics.

Does it come with the mounting brackets etc...

Doesn't the CVO seat have different types of stitching? I've looked up those part numbers but they don't really give a description.

You do not need any special mounting brackets. When you take off the original seat the studs are there to mount the new one. I also cannot give a ride experience till April/May time frame.
