Hi, so you guys that are getting chrome wheels through exchange, so you have to buy new abs wheels bearings around 140.00 bucks for both ,then pay to have them removed and re-installed,dont know how much that costs , or how you guys doing this ,trying to keep cost down,thanks
Of course you can install them yourself. You will want a bearing press and puller but you can always make your own. I pulled both wheels and took it to dealer to do the tire/bearing swap.
they do look nice,i was going to go with and still might sport chrome,but i would like to get everything done at once,instead of loading them back up and bring them to harley dealer 45 miles one way to do it ,sport chrome dont do bearings, any one in the midwest you know of?thanks so far
