Default Extended Brake and Clutch line kit.

Ok guys I need your help. I am putting KST Custom 14" Mayhem Bagger Bars on my 14 limited and am having a hard time finding the extended brake and Clutch line kit. Where did you find your lines and what do I need . I screwed up and put 10 3/4" bars on so I have already exteneed the wires just need the clutch and brake kit. The 10 3/4" bars are just to short for me but thought they would be so need to go higher.

You sure you need them? I just test fit 16" apes on my street glide and the factory lines reach after passing the mc's still connected to the lines through the tree to free up some length.

Let me look through my past threads. I asked around for where to buy and a member pointed me to a place who's name escapes me, but you put in your model, bars, and height, and they send you the length clutch and brake lines you need. All they are is Goodrich lines, 3 piece setup. Banjo fittings on each end with jic ends and then just a hydraulic line with jic ends to screw on. So really you can change lines later if you go taller without having to do new fittings.

You can order them from Magnum. Just be prepared as they are made to order to my understanding and 3 month wait. Also the dealer will have to bleed the brakes if you have ABS.

Hd bike parts was the site I got my cables from. Just an FYI, if you take the time to measure yourself, you can probably get the stuff right from Goodrich and save some money. My stuff was $330 shipped for the clutch and brake lines.

Thanks sixshooter for the help I would like to think I can gain enough brake and clutch line length so I don't have to change but I guess I will have to wait until i get the bars so I can figure it out.

No problem. Even tho my factory lines reach, I'm still going to change them for two reasons. One is because I want the black fittings and the second is because the factory lines have some natural bends in them from now they're run at the factory and they may not lay down completely like you'll want for a clean look. Well I guess three reasons, I already dropped $330 on them.
